What to know.
How far in advance should we book?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for standard décor and at least 4 weeks for custom fashion installations.
What is included?
Design, production, delivery, professional installation and scheduled breakdown.
How long does setup take?
Most standard builds take 1.5 to 3 hours. Larger installations require a dedicated venue window.
Can we keep the balloons?
When venue rules allow, yes. Indoors, premium balloons can often hold for 1 to 2 weeks. Climate and handling affect longevity. Studio structures are collected.
Can you work with our brand guidelines and logo?
Yes. We design from approved logos, colors, campaign assets and venue requirements. COIs are available when required.
How is the date secured?
Your date is secured after proposal approval, signed agreement and a 50% retainer.
