By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms govern website use only; any event services are governed by the proposal and service agreement signed for that project.
Website information and pricing
Website content is provided for general information. Portfolio images, concepts, service descriptions, availability and starting prices may change. Starting prices are not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on scope, scale, materials, venue requirements, access, installation, breakdown, taxes and approved customization.
Inquiries do not reserve a date
Submitting a form, sending an email, joining the mailing list or speaking with us does not create a contract or reserve an event date. A date is secured only under the terms stated in the applicable written proposal or service agreement, including required signatures and payment.
Intellectual property
The website, brand identity, written content, photographs, videos and original event concepts are owned by or licensed to NYC Bloom & Air Events LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, train a model on, create replicas from or commercially exploit our content or concepts without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at scale, misrepresent your identity, misuse forms or use the website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
External services
Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or other external services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
